Ingredients (makes 15)
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- ½ cup coconut flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ⅔ cup coconut milk
- ¼ cup almond butter
- 15 Hershey’s Kisses
1. In a mixing bowl blend all dry ingredients.
2. In separate bowl mix all wet ingredients, fold in dry and roll into 1-inch cookie balls. Place cookies on non-stick baking sheet and preheat oven to 1800C. With your finger, gently press a small indent for the chocolate kiss, place in oven for 2 minutes. Remove and place kisses into centre of each cookie. Return to oven for 3 minutes.
